The data controller is the Credito service (credito.my). For any matters related to personal data processing, you can reach us via the Contact page.

2. Data we collect

Credito is a comparison site for financial offers and generally does not require an account. We collect:

• technical data (IP address, browser type, system) — for statistics and security;
• data entered in the contact form (name, email, message);
• anonymous click events on offers — for popularity statistics.

3. Legal basis and purpose

We process data under Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (performance of the service and legitimate interest — analytics, security, contact).

4. Redirects to partners

Clicking on an offer redirects you to the website of an external lender or affiliate network. From that point their privacy policy applies. Credito does not pass your personal data to partners beyond standard URL parameters.

5. Cookies

We use cookies necessary for the service to operate and analytics cookies. You can disable them in your browser settings.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data, and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

7. Retention period

We keep contact form messages for as long as needed to handle your request, no more than 12 months. Technical data — up to 12 months.
